San Juan City, Philippines – October 21, 2025 – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) – San Juan District Office officially marked its re-launching on October 21, 2025.

Despite its name, the LTO San Juan District Office was previously located at Quezon City. It is now officially situated at 1 North Domingo St., corner F. Blumentritt, San Juan Plaza, San Juan City.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by the Honorable Mayor Francis Zamora of San Juan City and representative Ms. Ysabel Maria Zamora, together with LTO-NCR Regional Director Roque I. Verzosa III, Assistant Regional Director Atty. Dennis Barion, LTO Central Office Executive Director Atty. Greg G. Pua Jr., and the Officer in Charge of LTO San Juan District Office, Ms. Teresita M. Lorilla.

During the event, Mayor Zamora emphasized that the LTO San Juan District Office will serve as a One-Stop Shop, offering faster, more efficient, and more convenient LTO services for the residents of San Juan City.

Previously, the old LTO San Juan Office only handled the renewal of motor vehicle registrations and driver’s licenses. The newly established San Juan District Office now includes a Licensing Section, allowing applicants to apply for new driver’s licenses and renew existing ones.
Regional Director Roque I. Verzosa III stated that this milestone represents another step toward bringing government services closer to the public and ensuring greater accessibility.
The Officer in Charge of LTO San Juan District Office Ms. Teresita M. Lorilla added that San Juaneños no longer need to travel to other cities for their LTO transactions. The office now offers various miscellaneous services such as Transfer of Ownership, Issuance of Duplicate Certificates of Registration (CR), Duplicate Driver’s Licenses, and more.

For new driver’s license applicants, several accredited medical clinics and driving schools are conveniently located near the new LTO San Juan District Office, making the process even more accessible to the public.
