What is a Replacement Plate?
A Replacement Plate is the white plate that replaces the old green plate to standardize the plates of all registered vehicles in the country. In 2015, this was applied and paid for in LTO Offices simultaneous with your registration renewal.
Note: If your plate is on the list, please coordinate with the concerned LTO Office for claiming. You may also select an LTO District/Extension Office where you would like to pick up the replacement plate.
