The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) is Actively Promoting Road Safety Awareness!
As part of its commitment to reducing road accidents and promoting responsible driving, the LTO-NCR Traffic Safety Unit (TSU) is offering free Road Safety Seminars, Defensive Driving Courses, and Theoretical Driving Courses (TDC) for student permit applicants throughout the National Capital Region.
These programs are designed to educate motorists, students, and the general public about the importance of traffic rules, defensive driving techniques, and overall road safety awareness. Participants will gain valuable knowledge that can help prevent accidents and promote a culture of safety on our roads.
If your Agency, Barangay, School, or Private Institution is interested in hosting or participating in these seminars, we invite you to send a formal request.
