Opening discussions for a transparent and efficient year ahead, LTO-NCR leadership and key personnel join the Commission on Audit (COA) for the Entrance Conference today, 27 October 2026 at the Bulwagan Romeo F. Edu at the LTO Central Office.The COA Entrance Conference was held through the conduct of a formal initial meeting between LTO-NCR and COA before the start of an official audit cycle. Its primary purpose is to establish open communication, align expectations, and lay out the framework for the upcoming audit.The said activity was attended by LTO-NCR Regional Director Atty.
