What is Vehicles Renewal Facility (VREF)?
To facilitate the renewal registration process and for the convenience of the client, Vehicle Renewal Facility (VREF) is an LTO site established within the premises of the Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (PMVIC) which cater plain registration renewal transactions of other LTO offices within the Geographical Area of Responsibility (GAOR) subject to payment of change venue charges as provided for under the schedule of payments of LTO.
