PHYSICAL CHANGES: · A conversion to “LTMS set-up” of the office and examination areas. · Improvement of the “WAITING AREAS” in terms of proper ventilation and protection from exposure to sun and rain. · Improvement of “DRIVING RANGE” to properly assess the driving skills of new applicants. 2. PROCEDURAL CHANGES: · Utilization of stickers to easily identify applicants for Student Permit or New License / Renewal of License · Streamlining of queue lines for the systematic flow of the various stages of license application. 3.
