The Land Transportation Office (LTO) informs the public that, under Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5271, the validity of motor vehicle registrations, driver's/conductor's licenses, student permits, and medical certificates due for renewal or expiration starting July 01, 2026, is extended nationwide until further notice due to ongoing LTMS issues. ![]()
