The LTO-NCR conducted its first meeting of officials under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Richard V. Perez and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ada Nadeen D. Ablao

QUEZON CITY — July 8, 2026. The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region conducted its first official meeting of regional officials and division chiefs under the leadership of newly appointed Regional Director Atty. Richard V. Perez and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ada Nadeen D. Ablao at the Bulwagan R.F. Edu, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.

In her message, ARD Ablao called for the full cooperation and support of all offices in carrying out the programs, projects, and initiatives of the LTO. She assured all officials and employees of fair, reasonable, and supportive leadership as the region works toward improving public service delivery.

RD Perez emphasized the importance of aligning all regional offices with the Assistant Secretary’s Seven-Point Agenda and reiterated that the One-Strike Policy will be strictly observed.

 

He reminded all offices to maintain clean, orderly, and presentable facilities, particularly public areas and restrooms, to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients.

 

The Regional Director also directed officials and employees to observe proper conduct in the use and parking of government vehicles and to comply with all established regulations while performing official duties.

 

Further, he requested the continued cooperation of personnel in the implementation of agency operations and public service activities, including assignments that may require deployment or support beyond regular office hours whenever necessary in the interest of public service.

 

The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment from LTO-NCR officials and employees to strengthen coordination, improve operational efficiency, and deliver responsive public service under the leadership of RD Atty. Richard V. Perez and ARD Atty. Ada Nadeen D. Ablao.
