The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR), through its Regional Law Enforcement Section – Traffic Safety Unit (RLES-TSU), marked a significant year in road safety education and enforcement capacity-building with the successful rollout of 97 seminars and specialized trainings across Metro Manila, reaching a total of 6,825 participants in 2025.

Throughout 2025, the RLES-TSU engaged 44 government institutions, delivering comprehensive road safety and defensive driving seminars that reached 2,645 personnel from various government bodies.
Participants included uniformed services, civilian agencies, and public office employees. The unit also conducted themed sessions in support of national observances such as Women’s Month, Road Safety Month, and various OPLAN safety campaigns.

The Traffic Safety Unit also strengthened its collaboration with the private sector, delivering 17 road safety seminars to 1,325 participants from transport groups, corporate teams, waste management companies, and food service industries.
