Taguig City, Philippines – 8 June 2026 – The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) officially opened the new home of the LTO Taguig District Office (DO) and LTO Taguig Licensing Extension Office (LEO) on 8 June 2026, providing clients with a more modern and convenient facility for motor vehicle registration and driver licensing transactions.
Previously located at the Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI) Building, both offices have transferred to Lot 92A9, Corner Cucumber and Electronics Road, Western Bicutan, Taguig City, where they have resumed full operations and continue to serve the transacting public.

The upgraded facility brings the Taguig District Office and Licensing Extension Office together in one location, allowing clients to conveniently access both motor vehicle registration and driver licensing services through a one-stop service center designed to promote a more efficient and seamless transaction experience.
The opening ceremony was attended by Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, LTO Assistant Secretary and Concurrent Regional Director Markus V. Lacanilao, Administrative Division Chief Rosalie V. Basilio, Operations Division Chief Hanzley H. Lim, LTO Taguig District Office OIC Irene R. Soledad, and LTO Taguig Licensing Extension Office Chief Elenita R. Morales.

During the ceremony, Mayor Cayetano highlighted the advantages of housing both offices in a single facility, noting that residents can now complete their motor vehicle registration and driver licensing transactions more conveniently in one location.
