Samantalang ang mga sasakyang ang plaka ay nagtatapos sa numerong apat (4) ay hinihikayat na mag-advance renewal upang hindi mahirapan sa pagre-renew, lalo na sa darating na Mahal na Araw (Holy Week), kung kailan sarado at walang operasyon ang mga tanggapan ng LTO para sa pagrerehistro ng mga sasakyan. Maaaring magpa-renew ng rehistro animnapung (60) araw bago ang expiration nito.![]()
