LOOK: LTO-NCR Partners with Philippine Red Cross QC Chapter to Conduct First Aid and Basic Life Support Training for Deputized EnforcersThe Land Transportation Office–National Capital Region (LTO-NCR), in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Quezon City Chapter, conducted a specialized First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)–Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training for deputized LTO enforcers to strengthen their emergency response capabilities on Metro Manila roads.The two-day training was conducted on the 12th and 19th of September 2026, at the Bulwagan Romeo F. Edu, LTO Central Office Compound, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.As road safety frontliners, deputized enforcers may be among the first responders to traffic incidents and other emergency situations. The training equipped them with essential life-saving knowledge and skills, enabling them to provide immediate and appropriate assistance during road crashes and medical emergencies while awaiting the arrival of professional medical responders.The training sessions were facilitated by Mr. Michael Unggayan of the PRC Quezon City Chapter. Key officials present during the activities included PRC QC Chapter Administrator Janice Melody Adolfo and PRC QC Chapter Board Secretary Zenonida Brosas. Likewise, leadership from LTO-NCR, including Regional Director Atty. Richard V. Perez and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ada Nadeen D. 𝗚𝗶𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶 "𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘆" 𝗭. 𝗟𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘇, at ng LTO, sa ilalim ni 𝗔𝘀𝗲𝗰. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘂𝘀 𝗩. 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗼, kung saan 3,105 indibidwal ang nakinabang sa 86 na venue sa 18 rehiyon sa buong bansa.
