The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) announces the official opening of the LTO Pasig City Extension Office, further strengthening its commitment to providing accessible, efficient, and convenient service to motorists in Pasig City.
The inauguration and ribbon-cutting ceremony were held on February 4, 2026, led by LTO Assistant Secretary and Concurrent Regional Director, Markus V. Lacanilao, and attended by Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, Vice Mayor Robert “Dodot” Jaworski Jr., and members of the City Council.
Pasig City now hosts two LTO facilities: the LTO Pasig City District Office located at Ynares Compound, Shaw Boulevard, Kapitolyo, and the LTO Pasig Extension Office at 2498 Mercedes Avenue, Barangay San Miguel.
The LTO Pasig Extension Office offers the following services:
– Student Permit applications
– New Driver’s License applications
– Renewal of Driver’s License
– Renewal of motor vehicle and motorcycle (MV/MC) registration
– Miscellaneous transactions (transfer of ownership, change of vehicle color or body, and other related motor vehicle transactions)

In a statement, Assistant Secretary Lacanilao emphasized the importance of the new facility, stating that it enhances access to LTO services for residents of Pasig City.
As of March 2026, the LTO Pasig Extension Office is fully operational.
The development marks another milestone in LTO-NCR’s continuing efforts to improve service delivery and bring government services closer to the public.
