The Citizen’s Charter defines the mandate of the Agency, the procedures, timelines, and offices in-charge of the various transactions. Primarily, it functions as a tool to inform and guide the public of LTO’s basic services and transaction details thereby eliminating window opportunities for corruption and red tape.
