LTO–NCR Offices Directory

Here is the official directory of LTO offices under the National Capital Region.

Office Classification and Services:

1. Driver’s License Renewal Offices (DLRO) – cater to Student Permit applications and Driver’s License renewals only.
2. Licensing Centers (LC) – cater to all licensing transactions, such as Student Permit applications, new Driver’s License applications, and additional restriction codes.
3. District Offices / Extension Offices (DO/EO) – cater to both licensing and motor vehicle (MV) transactions.
   – Licensing transactions: Student Permit applications and Driver’s License renewals
   – MV transactions: Renewal of Motor Vehicle Registration, Transfer of Ownership, Cancellation of Mortgage, and others
   Note: Some Extension Offices, such as LTO Navotas EO, do not offer licensing transactions.
4. New Registration Unit (NRU) – caters to the registration of brand-new motor vehicles and motorcycles.
