As we leap into the digital age, the Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has launched a new digital platform—the LTO-NCR Information Kiosk—to enhance public service and improve client experience. Available for use in LTO offices across the National Capital Region and linked to the official LTO-NCR website, this kiosk offers a range of convenient features, eliminating the need for clients to stand in line for specific inquiries.
In compliance with ARTA standards, the kiosk also features slideshows of tarpaulins and other informational materials, showcasing the agency’s commitment to transparency and efficient service delivery.
Key Features of the LTO-NCR Information Kiosk:

Plate Inquiry – Clients can check the status of their replacement plates or inquire about new motor vehicle or motorcycle plates.

Driver’s License Backlog Inquiry – Clients can verify if their driver’s license card is available. If not, they may request card printing by completing an online form.

Citizen’s Charter – Access to the LTO’s official Citizen’s Charter, which provides guidelines and requirements for various services and transactions.

Filipino Driver’s Manual – Clients can conveniently browse the Filipino Driver’s Manual through the kiosk.
